Penrith Panthers vs Sydney Roosters
This game looks set to be an absolute ripper! Both sides have a few out injured but no bigger than Boyd Cordner the roosters Co-captain. Coming into this season with no Cooper Cronk Or Latrell Mitchell is already hard enough but now to lose your captain is even worse. Last year the Roosters started slow losing to the Rabbitohs by 10 after returning from the world club challenge game and we can see a similar slow start here. This Panthers side is young and filled with energy and fast attacking players, lead by none other than Nathan Cleary who this year without James Maloney by his side has to step up and take charge. We think this Panthers side has enough to match it with the Roosters and can see this game going down to the wire.
To make matters worse for the Roosters, Angus Crichton ruled out today with pneumonia.
