- Surprised to see Melbourne not favourites in this one! Brisbane have shown time and time again that they cannot play at the MCG and until they show otherwise, we simply cannot back them! They have won 1 of their last 14 games at the MCG dating back to 2014 and haven’t won a single home and away game at the MCG since 2014 (as their only win was a final)! Their last game at the MCG is clear evidence of that, losing to 16th placed Hawthorn comfortably.. Whilst we expect a close game, we can’t go past Melbourne as underdogs on the MCG Here!
