Melbourne Storm host Sydney Roosters
GRAND FINAL REMATCH
Roosters won the grand final by 15 points last year in Sydney but now at AAMI Park I think it’s time for the Storms revenge. There’s no doubt these are the two best teams in the comp and find themselves 1st & 2nd place on the ladder. Storms defence has been key for them so far in 2019 with only 52 points scored against (2nd best in league) while the roosters see themselves 5th in the comp for defence. For the Roosters it’s been their attack which has seen them put up 140 points in just 5 games to lead the comp while the storm sit 3rd in attack.
I think the Storm do what they do best and take control of the game here, they made 9 first half errors last week which saw the cowboys take an early lead so we expect they’ll be more controlled with the ball tonight. I expect this game to be an absolute grind with slow plays of ball and middle defence to be the key for both sides. Melbourne prevail at home.
