Addin Fonua-Blake is out of this clash and he joins Daly Cherry-Evans and Tom Trbojevic on the sidelines for Manly and for a side that wasn’t expected to finish inside the top 8 in 2019 it should simply be too much. Any team missing 3 stars would struggle but for a team with no depth it could be ugly.
On average in 2019, Cherry-Evans is 5th in the comp for kicking metres, Trbojevic leads the comp in tackle breaks and Fonua-Blake is 6th in the comp for post contact metres… these stats just prove how crucial those guys really are.
This should be a packed house and I expect the Broncos to finally rock up and show us their best. Broncos have won 3 of the last 4 at Suncorp against manly by 10, 24 and 32 so they clearly love putting points up against them and I think we see them do it again here tonight.
